That said, D.of C. should pass a law that says no ICE/Border Patrol enforcement may hide their identity while actively on duty, must show their badge and ID whenever asked, and must provide a warrant or justifiable cause before taking any person into custody. ANYONE taken into custody has the right to prove in court that they are here legally. Even as a Liberal, I am completely in favor of ALL illegal immigrants being deported …and mind you, some illegal immigrants are very Caucasian. People who are here legally have paperwork to prove it and law enforcement has the ability to confirm that fact. But it also does not make sense to allow masked thugs to sweep people off the street without identifying themselves.
