I find it appalling that the US has become a country without laws protecting its most vulnerable citizens. Anyone who isn't white, doesn't dress in European style, or has an accent that isn't pure American English is liable to be treated like a criminal. It's appalling! I'm so sorry you received such inhumane treatment, and I stand with you completely from Spain, my country.
