Newsom IS doing something - specifically asking California if they would allow redistricting to counter what Texas plans to do: gerrymander 5 Democratic house seats away. The Supreme Court has helped Trump quite a bit, although many lower courts have followed the law (Colorado Supreme Court comes to mind). Tell me, how have Democrats enabled Trump?
