After The Wall Street Journal reported that Donald Trump wrote a lewd, creepy, and sexually suggestive birthday message to Jeffrey Epstein, he flat-out denied the reporting. Then the letter came to light, with the note written inside a drawing of a woman’s body, and Trump’s signature at the bottom.
This is just one more example in a long string of lies and obfuscations from Trump on the Epstein issue. Despite his repeated public denials, Trump rode on Epstein’s plane repeatedly, maintained a decades-long friendship with him, and even hired into his Cabinet the man who let Epstein off the hook in his prior criminal case for sex crimes.
